Our 3-Step Legacy Building Process

The unique three meeting process at the Law Office Of Stefan T. Farrar is designed to ensure the implementation of a plan that will work for your family.

Step 1.

Deep-dive Planning Session: During our in-depth planning session at the Law Office Of Stefan T. Farrar, we'll carefully analyze what would occur regarding your family and assets if you were to pass away without a plan in place. If you already have an estate plan, we'll review how things would unfold based on that. If you're not content with the current arrangements, we'll create a new plan that aligns with your unique goals, providing you with a sense of assurance and peace of mind.

Step 2.

Signing Meeting: Approximately 4 weeks after your comprehensive planning session, the Law Office Of Stefan T. Farrar will arrange a meeting for you to sign all the necessary documents. It's important to note that this meeting is not the final step in the process. We will also provide you with your asset list along with detailed instructions.

Step 3.

Check-in Meeting: During this stage, the Law Office Of Stefan T. Farrar will confirm with you that the transfers of assets and beneficiary changes have been successfully executed. If you have any questions, concerns, or if certain assets still need to be transferred, we will actively work with you to ensure the entire asset transfer process is completed smoothly. Your understanding and satisfaction are our priorities.
